At Cape Gang (“we,” “our,” “us”), we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

This Cancellations Policy explains your rights and how cancellations are handled.

### 1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

- You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

- Once your cancellation is confirmed, any payment you made will be fully refunded to your original

payment method within 14 days.

### 2. Cancellation After Dispatch

- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, as shipping is already in progress.

- If you do not want the item after delivery, you may return it under our Returns Policy for a refund

(subject to product condition and applicable rules).

### 3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

- Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of

receiving the goods without giving any reason.

- The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a designated recipient) receive the order.

- Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for the return

shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
